These Terms of Service govern your use of the Atlas & Thread website at atlasandthread.com and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

Atlas & Thread is operated by Sheridan Powell (ABN 75 454 303 857), based in New South Wales, Australia. We sell curated textile and linen products through a limited drop model.

Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and are providing accurate and complete information.

Drop model and availability

Atlas & Thread operates a curated drop model. Products are released in limited quantities at scheduled times. By purchasing during a drop, you acknowledge that:

•       Stock is strictly limited and availability cannot be guaranteed

•       We cannot hold items or process pre-orders outside of our published drop format

•       Purchasing during a drop does not guarantee future access to the same product

•       Drop timing and product availability are subject to change without notice

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Orders and payment

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order, including in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or items becoming unavailable. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe specified in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Atlas & Thread is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. We recommend you inspect your order upon receipt.

Intellectual property

All content on the Atlas & Thread website — including text, photography, brand identity, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Atlas & Thread and Sheridan Powell. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Atlas & Thread's liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of products is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
